Siriporn P.
Bangkok, retired teacher
I attended a group session with my daughter. The facilitator was patient and explained every term before moving on — I had no idea what a provident fund actually was before that afternoon. We left with the printed summary and a list of exactly which documents I should gather. That list alone was worth the cost.

Wanchai C.
Huai Khwang, private sector employee
I came to the document support service after my wife pointed out that my pension-related paperwork was completely disorganised. The coordinator went through everything calmly and we built a simple folder system together. I would have preferred a slightly shorter first meeting, but the index we created has already been useful twice when I needed to find contribution records.

Nattaya T.
Chatuchak, HR Manager
We ran the workplace programme for around 40 employees across two half-days. The HR rollout plan that came with it was genuinely useful — we did not have to build a communication schedule from scratch. Staff feedback was positive, particularly from those in their early fifties who said they had never had this explained so clearly before.

Kriangkrai M.
Bangrak, civil engineer (approaching retirement)
I booked a one-to-one session because I was embarrassed to ask basic questions in a group. The facilitator made it easy to go at my own pace. I sent a follow-up question by email two weeks later and received a clear, thorough answer within a day. That follow-up is included in the price, which I did not fully appreciate until I used it.

Pornpan R.
Ladprao, secondary school administrator
My husband and I attended together, which I would recommend to anyone in a similar situation. We had different questions and the session accommodated both. It would be helpful to have a small guide to Thai-language official forms as a follow-up resource, but the core session was clear and unhurried.

Somchai S.
Prawet, operations director
We used the document support service for my elderly father, who had decades of paper records in no particular order. The coordinator came to his apartment and worked through everything with him over two afternoons. He now has a single folder with clear labels and a one-page index. He says he finally feels in control of his own paperwork, which is not something I expected from a few hours of help.

Client Journeys
Three accounts of how clients came to Pensara and what the engagement involved.
A retired couple, confused by conflicting information online
The Situation
Malee and her husband had been reading information about pension entitlements online for several months. They found conflicting figures and could not determine which official source to trust. Their questions were becoming more specific but the available material was either too general or too technical.
What We Did
They attended a joint information session. We worked through the general structure of the relevant system — its contribution logic, typical timelines, and where verified official information can be found. We also helped them identify which specific government website held the records most relevant to their situation.
How It Ended
They left with a clear printed summary and a short list of verified official resources. Malee wrote by email ten days later to say they had found the documentation they needed on one of the sites we had pointed them to, and felt prepared for a conversation with an official adviser.
"We had been going in circles for months. One clear session sorted out the confusion and we knew exactly where to look next."

A professional with 25 years of scattered records
The Situation
A 57-year-old supply chain manager had changed employers five times over his career. Each role had involved different provident fund arrangements. His paperwork was spread across filing boxes, email archives, and two old laptops. He wanted it in order before approaching an official body.
What We Did
We ran a document audit across two visits, helping him identify, label, and organise records from each employment period. We built a personal document index noting which records were complete and which appeared to have gaps requiring follow-up. All decisions about what to keep or file were his.
How It Ended
By the end of the second visit, he had a clear folder structure and a one-page index. Three items on the checklist required him to contact previous employers for documentation. He said having the list made those conversations much easier to initiate.
"The index was the most useful thing. I know exactly where everything is now, and I know what I still need to find."

A Bangkok employer seeking to support 60 employees
The Situation
An HR director at a mid-sized logistics company wanted to offer retirement readiness information to the cohort of employees in their fifties. The company had no existing programme and the HR team had limited bandwidth to design one from scratch.
What We Did
After a scoping call, we designed a two-session programme for groups of 20 participants. We prepared plain-language printed materials, a facilitator guide, and a scheduling and communication template for HR. All sessions were informational only, with no individual guidance given.
How It Ended
Three rounds were delivered across six weeks, covering the full cohort. The HR director received a post-programme summary. Staff feedback forms showed that 91% found the sessions useful or very useful. The company has since enquired about a follow-up session the following year.
"The rollout plan saved us considerable time. We could focus on logistics rather than content — that was the right division of work."
